Responsibilities:
Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
Troubleshoot motor and control systems
Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Minnesota registered apprentice
Responsibilities:
Installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting of fiber optic cables and related equipment
Qualifications:
Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Ideal candidate should have a background in the fiber splicing industry and the ability to complete fiber projects with little to no supervision
Job Requirements:
Ability to prepare and splice fiber optic cables in various environments
Willingness to learn
Build proper splice closures for various job locations
Document fiber records
Ability to communicate and coordinate with other workers and customers in a professional manner
Travel to various sites
This job requires a flexible work schedule and the ability to perform day and/or night work
A valid driver’s license is required
Additional Skills We Are Seeking:
Strong understanding of fiber construction
Understanding of OTDR and testing equipment to troubleshoot and test fiber
Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatuses, and fixtures
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatuses, and components to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, adjustments, or repairs to ensure compliance with codes
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of the system
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and codes
Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors
Maintain records and files, prepare reports, and order supplies and equipment
Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes
Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications
Qualifications:
MN Class A Journeyman Electrical license or direct reciprocating state Journeyman's Class A license
Knowledge of 2017 NEC code requirements and how to follow them
Able to read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Knowledge of using a conduit bender, electrical meters, core drill, threader, and fiber tester
Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Microsoft Office computer skills
Must possess a valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Play a vital role in maintaining and expanding our underground utility systems
Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment used in underground utility installation, repair, and maintenance, including backhoes, excavators, trenchers, and directional boring machines
Safely excavate trenches, pits, and other underground structures following strict safety guidelines and protocols
Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of underground utility systems such as water, sewer, gas, and telecommunications lines
Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor
Collaborate with a team of technicians and utility workers to execute projects efficiently and meet project deadlines
Follow blueprints, maps, and other technical documents to identify underground utility locations and avoid damage during excavation
Utilize electronic locating devices to identify and mark the location of existing underground utility lines
Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients to provide project updates and address any concerns that may arise during the work day
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in heavy equipment operation and underground utilities will be an advantage
Proven experience as an underground utility operator or similar role within the construction or utility industry
Proficiency in operating various pieces of heavy equipment, such as backhoes, excavators, trenchers, and directional boring machines
Solid understanding of underground utility systems and their installation, repair, and maintenance procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and maps related to utility installations
Knowledge of safety protocols and practices related to excavation and heavy equipment operation
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and demanding environments
Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:
Assist the underground utility operators and technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of underground utility systems, including water, sewer, gas, and telecommunication lines
Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging trenches, pits, and holes using shovels, picks, and other hand tools
Safely operate small machinery and equipment, such as jackhammers, concrete saws, and compactors, following all safety guidelines and protocols
Help with the setup and cleanup of work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment for the team and the public
Utilize electronic locating devices to mark the location of existing underground utility lines and assist in their identification
Transport and handle materials and equipment to and from job sites as directed by the supervisor
Participate in regular safety meetings and follow all company policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients, providing assistance and support as needed throughout the project
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in construction, manual labor, or related fields is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals
Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
A strong work ethic, reliability, and the willingness to learn and grow within the company
Capability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
Basic understanding of safety practices and the willingness to prioritize safety at all times

Hand dig around existing utilities when necessary
Trained to operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws
Carry and load materials to be used on the job

Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment
Assist in hauling equipment to and from job site
Clean up and restore work area
Wash and clean vehicles and equipment
